Padded Overlay Collar in Oakbark

1 inch thick collar backed with soft milled leather, rolled to make a soft padding, end tabs and a strip of English bridle leather overlayed as trim down the center of the collar. Oakbark with solid brass buckle and dee ring. Made in the USA.
