How fast will you
ship an item?
Orders placed at Mary’s will normally ship in 1-2 business days. Expedited
orders (one and two day air) must be placed by 11am PST to ship that day.
What shipment method is normally used by Mary’s?
We normally use UPS or USPS, orders over $200 will require a signature upon
delivery. Orders shipped to a gift address (non-billing address) will be shipped
signature required, and Mary’s will verify the order by phone call prior
to shipping to protect our customers. PO Boxes will be shipped USPS.
What happens when an order is out of stock?
Out of stock items will be ordered and shipped when received from the vendor.
We’ll keep in touch with you to let you know the status of your order.
What’s the return policy on saddles?
Mary’s sells quite a few saddles by internet or phone. You have 4 days
after receiving the saddle to “trial” and check the fit. Please
remember – the saddle must be protected during riding and be kept in the
condition it was shipped to you in case you need to return it or exchange it.
_____- Wrap your leathers in plastic wrap or an
old sock
_____- Don’t wear your tall boots or _ chaps
as they may mark the saddle
_____- Always use a pad to prevent sweat marks
_____- Please do not oil or clean the saddle unless
you plan to buy it
If you return a saddle marked
or damaged – Mary’s reserves the right to charge a restocking fee,
or charge the customer for the saddle (depending on damage). In most cases this
really isn’t a problem – but please take care of the saddles –
they’re worth thousands of dollars. After the initial saddle trial period
– ALL SADDLE SALES ARE FINAL!
What is Mary’s return policy on other products?
To mail a return to Mary’s please call prior to the return and request
a Return Authorization number (RA) within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure
to send your product in its original packaging – unmarked by the return
shipping company – and in unused condition. Include you Return Authorization
number, name address and reason for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
It’s recommended to use an insured and trackable shipping company (UPS,
FEDEX or USPS Insured).
Purchases paid by check
must be refunded by check - a minimum of 10 business days are required for payment.
Credit card purchases must
be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.
Items for return or exchange
must be in new and unused condition, with their original packaging. A re-stocking
fee or refusal of return may occur if these requirements are not met.
Some items may be offered
to repair rather than exchange – based on mfg recommendations.
Please remember, no returns
after 30 Days from date of purchase.
A receipt must accompany
all merchandise. We are not able to look up accounts other than yours to determine
purchase history.
Gift receipts are available
when you are buying a present.
Sales are FINAL on clearance
items. All deep discount and clearance items are non-refundable. Please make
sure you have the right size & color.
